I liked that you make sure that the students know that mistakes are part of the learning process. It will make them have more patience with the learning as well as feel safer to try and take risks. My only question about that is, "Do the students have chances to fix their mistakes after assignments and assessments?" Also liked the fact that you want people to work with others, not just their friends. Is it just me, or do more students not even know the person sitting next to them? Maybe I am dreaming.
I feel like I often see many students like Freddy. By this I mean a student who does not do homework and/or classwork, and the teacher does not try to figure out why. I have seen the system failing so many students during all of my observations.
